RAD Solutions: Assemble Deliveries (ASSY)
Assemble Deliveries (ASSY) is a Radio Inventory Bridge (RIB) module for EFACS ERP which allows for stock to be added to assembled orders ‘as soon as it comes off the shelf’. This real time processing ensures that products are correctly validated against orders at the time they are picked.
RIB ASSY provides significant time savings in the picking for assembly process due to the fact that order picking discrepancies are most typically only found and managed in a typical ERP system when the picking process has already been completed.
RIB ASSY provides extensive validation including (but not limited to):
- Validating Stock Batch numbers
- Checking they are valid and not frozen by a stock count
- Ensuring Multi / Fixed / Traceable stocking policies are enforced
- Warehouse / Location
- Sales order item and part are valid for assembly
- Including status checking of orders and items
- Factoring in sales order approval logic if in place
- Quantities available for assembly
- Sales order schedules
- Customer validation
- Including ON HOLD logic
As with all RIB modules, the RIB Administrator has the facility create a template from an existing module and pre-define which specific fields that EFACS users and/ or groups of users will or will not be prompted with.
