A commitment to customer engagement and service is embedded throughout our business and formalised in our ongoing accreditation to ISO9001:2000. This means that we hold regular service review meetings, providing an opportunity for our clients and the RAD team to formally review the contract’s progress and make suggestions for improvement.
Our clients benefit from our wide-ranging experience across various manufacturing and assembly sectors. Therefore in 2003, we convened the Scottish EFACS User Group, to provide a forum within which our clients can share experiences and learn from each other.
