Our support package is delivered within the framework of our certified ISO9001:2000 quality management system. One of the key components of the support package is our internal online support system, which is a highly effective means of identifying and managing ongoing issues. It incorporates an easy to use and comprehensive set of tools for logging and resolving problems and recording service requests. At the same time, we provide both formalised and informal telephone problem resolution. We maintain face-to-face contact whenever possible, ensuring that we retain a forward view whilst ensuring that systems are optimised in the here and now.
